Taking the ultimate luxury to the next level, Mercedes-Benz has unveiled the new 2017 Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6 Cabriolet which is basically an all-electric concept that was revealed at the Monterey Car Week in California. This new 2-seater model pays homage to the glorious ‘automotive haute couture’ of hand-finished cabriolets which also indicates that luxury car makers are also inclined towards building electric vehicles
Designed as an electric car, the drive system is capable of producing an output of 750 PS with battery range of over 500 kilometres. Dimension-wise, the new Mercedes-Maybch 6 Cabriolet concept gets length of 5700mm, width of 2100mm and height of 1340mm. The new 2017 6 Cabriolet fully electric super car is capable of travelling faster than sports car and supercars as it can achieve three-figure mark in less than 4 seconds. As far as the charging is concerned, the new 6 Cabriolet comes with a special boost charger which can rapidly charge the vehicle in merely 5 minutes adding extra 100 kms of power.
Coming to the design aspect, the new 6 Cabriolet comes with a striking design which makes an understatement itself taking inspiration from Coupe version which was put on show last year at Pebble beach. Moreover, the appealing look and design continues to be seen on the inside where the new 6 cabriolet sports new leather seats proffering the cabin with an uber-cool fibre optic backlit panels giving the cabin a futuristic look
