Ubisoft has released a new teaser trailer revealing Rainbow Six Siege's third Blood Orchid Operator, Ela Bosak. The first ember of Polish Counter-Terrorism Unit, GROM, Ela is a defender armed with Grzmot proximity concussion mines ('grzmot' translates as 'thunder' in Polish) that can be stuck to surfaces, as well as an SMG, shotgun and pistol with integrated dot sight.
Ela joins previously revealed Operation Blood Orchid Operators Ying and Lesion, who are members of Hong Kong's SDU, and will be available as part of the next expansion which also adds a new abandoned Theme Park map. "Between Ela and Lesion, the defenders have a lot more potential trap power to lay down, while Ying gives the attacking team some powerful new breaching support," Ubi notes on its blog.
Ying, Lesion, Ela and the Theme Park map will be coming to Rainbow Six Siege with Operation Blood Orchid from 5th September 2017. All three Operators will be available for Season Pass owners from day one, before rolling out to all players a week later. The new map will be free to all R6 Siege players. A free weekend will also be kicking off from 24th August.
